Our experience with Friendly Movers was overall an excellent one. As I was shopping around for a moving company, friendly movers stood out due to their value and customer care. When I first called to book with Teresa, I felt a bit overwhelmed and did not fully understand every aspect. Teresa took the time to explain everything to me so that I was able to understand the whole process. This really helped because there are always unforseen circumstances. Teresa’s thorough explanation helped the move go more smoothly as I was able to prepare for the movers better (by disassembling some furniture myself). On moving day the movers came within their stated time frame. The movers were courteous and efficient. They did not seem to waste any unnecessary time, and packed everything professionally. I was very impressed that my glass china cabinet made it unscratched into my new second-story townhouse. Overall Friendly Movers provides professional service, had courteous workers, and provided a very fair price for that kind of service. A+!!
